“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16-

God created the earth, but instead of making us mindless worshipers, He gave us the choice of freewill. We chose sin, and we still do every time we sin. But God still loved us, so He sent His only son, Jesus, to die for us. For our sins. We deserved death, but God wanted us to live with Him for eternity. Jesus rose from the grave and conquered death, sin, and the devil. He has already won the battle. Your sins can be forgiven today if you choose to follow Jesus.
