Why Should I Share the Gospel?

"Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God." 2 Corinthians 5:20

God calls us as Christians to share His living word with others so they might be saved too. If we don't share the gospel, we are living in disobedience. Penn Jillette a renowned atheist says this:

“How much do you have to hate somebody to believe that everlasting life is possible and not tell them that?"

If we truly believe in hell, we should make every effort to plant the seeds of salvation. 

Sharing the gospel benefits us too. Not only does it help our faith grow, but it strengthens society. Many problems in today's world would be solved if God was put first. By sharing the gospel, we make steps towards changing the world forever.
